Pai Gow Poker is a current game with ancient ancestry. Founded on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the eastern with the wild west in an excellent game for beginning level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the house, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers compete against other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, beginner players do not need to fret about other, more skillful gamblers taking their cash.
A further Pai Gow edge is the fairly leisurely game play, newcomers can take their time and scheme without needing to make hasty decisions.
It is also simpler to wager on for a long time with basically a tiny amount of money after all, to not win, each of your hands must be under both of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card common deck and one joker. The gambler is given 7 cards faces showing and the house is given 7 cards faces hidden.
One five card hand and a 2 card hand need to be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be higher than the dealer’s.
