Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Built on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the far east with the west in a fantastic game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the house, not like almost all other poker games that players play with other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, beginning players don’t need to be concerned about any other, more knowledgeable gamblers winning their cash.
One more Pai Gow benefit is the generally slow game play, novices should be able to take their time and scheme while not having to make frenzied choices.
It is also simpler to wager on for an extended time with basically a tiny bit of cash seeing as, to not win, both of your hands needs to be under both of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is assigned seven cards faces showing and the dealer gets 7 cards face down.
A 5 card hand and a 2 card hand need to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the casino’s.
